Heritage District Water Treatment
Water softeners, reverse osmosis and filtration for Heritage District homes, sized from a test of your water.
The Heritage District is downtown Gilbert, home to the Gilbert Water Tower, restaurants and some of the town's oldest streets, with houses that range from older homes to newer infill. Older homes may not have a softener loop at all.
In the Heritage District we often add a softener loop and drain before installing equipment, and service older softeners that have been in place for many years.
Gilbert's tap water comes from Salt River Project and Central Arizona Project canal water, treated at the Town's North and Santan Vista water treatment plants, plus groundwater pumped from Town wells. River water and groundwater both carry dissolved calcium and magnesium, the minerals that make water hard and leave scale behind.
Adding the plumbing and drain a softener needs.
Repairing or replacing aging equipment.
An option where a drain is hard to reach.
Yes. We add a loop and drain, then connect the softener.
We plan a drain route, or a salt-free conditioner avoids the need for one.
